A Note About Our Showcase
All of our crafters and artisans make their living at their chosen endeavors
and live and work in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge Smokies.
*Our candlemakers develop their own waxes and perfumes. *David Ogle, our broom
maker grows most of his own broom corn and cuts the vines and limbs that he
makes and carves his handles out of. *Though Shelly doesn't make her baskets,
each design has been developed by her and each basket is custom decorated
and personalized.
*Jeff Hale begins with a lump of clay and fashions it into a masterpiece,
utilizing his own glazes, firing techniques and developing his own styles.
No two pieces are
ever exactly alike in shape or shade. *Tom Cowan is a master artist in
pencil, charcoal, oil and pastel. *Ross Markley strings all of his own
jewelry, matching stones and metals to make a simple piece of jewelry
a work of art. Mr. Markley is also a master wood turner and we will be
presenting some of these works in the future. **We guarantee our arts and
crafts to be unique and mostly one of a kind items which will add grace to
your surroundings and
give you many years of pleasure.
